Hasbro is now in the midst of their annual fall world tour of rationing out new reveals, nibbles at a time. And after their huge premiere of the X-Men 97 Marvel Legends Sentinel at NYCC 2024, they moved on to giving MCU fans a treat over the weekend. After just debuting at Comic Con MCM London, the Captain America Brave New World Marvel Legends Red Hulk, Falcon and Cap go up for order today!

2024 has been the quietest year for both Marvel Studios movies and MCU movie-related Hasbro figures in quite a few years, but Marvel Legends is getting a fresh injection of Marvel Cinematic Universe goodness with a trio of deluxe figures from next year’s Captain America Brave New World film!
Brave New World won’t hit theaters until Valentine’s Day, but I have a suspicion Hasbro has had these toys in development for quite a long time and is ecstatic to finally get them out into collectors’ brave new worlds.
The most high-profile of the three new figures is the first-ever movie Red Hulk figure, based on the new Harrison Ford iteration of the character.
I’m a huge fan of Red Hulk (and in love with the immense Sideshow Premium Format Figure I just got of him this summer), but his debut MCU figure is a big let-down for me. The body is a complete reuse of old tooling, and the portraits have little to no Harrison Ford likeness (though Harrison Ford likenesses even for Han Solo have never been Hasbro’s strong suit).
Still, every Red Hulk Legends figure Hasbro has ever released has been highly popular and tough to find for many collectors, so a widely available release for this Brave New World Marvel Legends figure is a great way to get him into more fans’ hands. And even if neither resembles Ford, at least we get both closed and open mouthed heads for varying displays of anger.
Secondly, we get our first mass-released Sam Wilson Captain America movie figure. It seems like far longer, but it was actually just 2021 when this modern MCU version of Cap was first released as a Build-A-Figure (and then more or less re-released as a Target exclusive earlier this year).
