An updated schedule of events for the tenth anniversary celebrations of Five Nights at Freddy’s has been released by ScottGames.
Just a few hours away now, the tenth anniversary celebrations for Five Nights at Freddy’s are about to begin. As previously announced by ScottGames in June, there will be a weeklong celebration of the franchise with a new release or announcement daily starting on August 1st. With this date approaching faster than expected, ScottGames has now shared a revised schedule of events for fans to participate in the celebrations. Some events have been shifted from their original dates, hinting at a surprise announcement.
The updated schedule for the tenth anniversary celebrations of Five Nights at Freddy’s is as follows:
August 1st- myPOPGOES, Full Game Release
August 2nd- The Joy of Creation (remake), Demo
August 3rd- VIP- Interactive Novel (free)
August 4th- Scott Cawthon Interview with Dawko 2.0
August 5th- ??? Collab Announcement
August 6th- Steel Wool Announcement
August 7th- Five Laps at Freddy’s, Demo
August 8th- Into the Pit, Full Game Release
With the new schedule, the Scott Cawthon interview with Dawko will now take place on August 4th instead of August 5th, the mystery collaboration announcement is scheduled for August 5th instead of August 6th, and Steel Wool Studios will make their announcement on August 6th instead of August 4th.
Speculation surrounds the mystery collaboration and Steel Wool announcement. The change in schedule hints at the collaboration possibly being with Fortnite, as moving the announcement date a day earlier could align with the belief that Freddy Fazbear is coming to Fortnite. The next Fortnite update, version 30.40, is set to launch on August 6th, adding to the speculation. As for Steel Wool Studios, they recently released Help Wanted 2 in non-VR “flat mode,” leading to speculation that a DLC announcement for the game could be on the horizon.
