Pure greed mate 😉 The distributors break up a season into volumes to make more money. Then after the release of say the second volume they find out their losing money. So they don't even bother with the last volumes. If they had just made a complete season from the start everyone would have been happy but the greed gets the best of them and we end up with missing episodes.
Wow, with these latest arrivals you have probably completed your Tarzan collection and maybe even Zorro… great!👍
Nice haul, as usual. I've seen a few episodes of Black Lightning. I liked, but didn't love what I saw. It didn't help that I don't think I saw consecutive episodes. I do plan on going back to watch it all, or at least season 1 to see if I should finish it. I had no idea those Zorro cartoons existed. I did, however, used to watch the Tales from the Crypt series on HBO. It was a blast of a show, easy to watch because they were 30 minute episodes, if I remember correctly. Think Twilight Zone, but more directly horror.
Great haul I especially enjoyed seeing the Batman dvd I have the same one in my collection it bittersweet because Hamill release a statement saying he not going to be voicing the joker anymore but he has the greatest legacy in terms of Batman content as much as Michael Keaton
Kind regards Nathaniel
Hey mate, I know a few collectors around the internet and we all say the same thing. That there are hundreds of great movies and tv shows that never made it onto Blu Ray. The Umbrella Entertainment company seems to be looking into doing some niche physical media so I have contacted them to see if they would be interested in some suggestions from physical media collectors to see if they are able to transfer any of them onto Blu ray ( SD or HD ) discs. Would you have any DVD's that you would wish to go onto a blu ray disc release? They might not be able to transfer a tv series into HD but possible movies.
Have you considered or are looking at getting some of these movies/TV Shows?
