DC Studios is moving ahead with a Teen Titans movie with a script from Ana Nogueira, the same writer as Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, DC Studios is moving forward with a Titans movie. The project has been rumored for some time now, but appears to already have a writer attached in the form of Nogueira.
Which version of the team this could be is unknown at this time. There have been many iterations over the years, but most people think of the Marv Wolfman/George Perez team when they think of the comics, or Teen Titans Go! when they think of television. The team usually consists of Robin/Nightwing, Starfire, Raven and Beast Boy with Cyborg and Wonder Girl usually making up a fifth member.
Most recently the Titans were the topic of a live-action TV series that began life on DC Universe before moving over to HBO Max/Max to finish up its run.
No information is available on a potential timeline for the film’s production or release date. With Nogueira presumably still wrapping up the Supergirl script, this would more than likely be her next project.
DC Studios has not yet issued an official comment.
