Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate, the roguelike developed by Super Evil Megacorp, is designed to keep players coming back for just one more run. Today, the studio announced a content roadmap that will bring the game to more platforms later this year, with DLC and updates planned for all platforms.
Originally released on Apple Arcade, Splintered Fate made its way to Nintendo Switch this summer and will soon be available on the Epic Games Store and Steam by the end of the year. The Steam version will feature up to 90 achievements, and Super Evil Megacorp is working to optimize the game for the Steam Deck. An upcoming update will allow cross-play between Apple Arcade and Nintendo Switch users, and with the PC release, players from all platforms can team up to battle the Foot Clan.
Excitingly, Super Evil Megacorp has started working on additional content for Splintered Fate, including a new playable character and four new chapters with new environments and enemies. They plan for this to be just the beginning of new content updates and are even considering a physical edition release of the game.
Our review of TMNT: Splintered Fate praised the game, stating:
“Blending the anthropomorphic reptiles’ arcade roots with the roguelike genre, Super Evil Megacorp has created a modernized TMNT experience that should not be missed.”
